Steve Walker – S. D. Walker Group  Founder & Managing Director.

Service-Tech UK was originally formed in 2011, as a sole trader company by Steve Walker (the current founder and owner) with the main focus being to provide statutory TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection compliance services to the Facilities Services and Management Sector.

The company has grown over time to provide a range of services including:

    • Air Conditioning Inspections (TM44)
    • F-Gas Compliance Inspections
    • City & Guilds & BESA approved Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Training through our dedicated ACR Training Centre located in Telford, Shropshire.
    • Independent Internal Verification and Quality Assurance Services
    • Bespoke Training & Assessment Services

All of our Air Conditioning Energy Assessors are fully qualified, insured and accredited to ACEA Level 4.

With many years of industry experience, Service-Tech UK became founder members of the NAACEA, (National Association of Air Conditioning Energy Assessors), we have been recognised by many of the UK’s leading manufacturers and businesses as a leading national provider of energy compliance solutions including TM44 Air Conditioning Energy Inspections, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and Display Energy Certificates (DEC’S).

Service-Tech UK was updated to limited company status keeping the founders name, S. D. Walker whist keeping the original trading as name of Service-Tech UK

We can carry out inspections 7 days per week if required to ensure that your portfolio is compliant as quickly as possible or where access is difficult during normal working hours and by listening to our clients, we were able to provide a tailor-made service to our clients which ensures that large portfolios can be completed quickly and efficiently and on a nationwide basis.
