Service-Tech Solutions have been successful in winning the contract to provide NHS Wales with TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections to a number of buildings within the NHS Wales Buildings portfolio.
Inspections are to be carried out at the following hospitals and medical sites and will bring the portfolio into full compliance with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directs for comfort cooling installations.
Hospitals and medical site that will be inspected include:
- Glan Clwyd
- Holy well
- Catherine Gladstone
Inspections will cover the assessment of the efficiency and sizing of the installed air conditioning systems compared to the cooling requirements of the buildings and provide advice and guidance to the building owner.
The purpose of the inspection is to promote the efficiency operation of such systems and improve the energy efficiency of the building.
